Hoffman is a negative value asset and will cost a first to move.
Harris doesn't have much, if any, value league wide and no value to Winnipeg.
Beck is an average at best B level prospect.
Florida's first is pretty much a 2nd.
Trades don't work like that. It won't be a collection of pieces that you couldn't care less about losing because they don't have much value along with cap dumps and low value picks. It will cost Montreal something they don't want to lose.
Granted Montreal doesn't have much better that they can offer, so they probably won't be competitive with the other offers Winnipeg receives.
Why would Winnipeg accept a poor value offer when they easily get more?
