Tuervo isn't a great fit for OTT top 6, the deal other wise is pretty decent. I would sell a little low on Debrincat if he gets moved and go after a free agent hard like a Barbachev or Bertuzzi.

The Hurricanes aren't going to make a deal for DeBrincat unless they are sure that he'd be willing to sign an extension... Don is not a idiot. I mean he's gonna get to play with better players on the Hurricanes than any other team with a reasonable interest and ability to sign him.

I don't see another offer sheet happening. And if Waddell does indeed move Jack Drury, he will look to maximize the return, whether as an individual trade or as part of a package. It won't be for a 3rd. But we'll all be guessing for another week or two.
