There's absolutely no realism presented in anything done in this AGM to begin with. Toronto looks to move Brodie for cap purposes, not to bring in double than they're sending out. The Rangers trade is in line with many of the undervaluations of other team's assets that plague the Oilers fanbase. Mayfield is rumoured to be looking for something more in-line with a $4M/4y deal and you've offered him less than half of that.

Mazura is not a legitimate NHL prospect. Brind'Amour has already opted for free agency and is not signing with Edmonton: the young man already has an AHL deal with Carolina's affiliate.

Maybe try and lurk around a bit more and get a sense for what proper player and trade values are before being snarky with other users? You certainly haven't earned that right, nor will you. That's not the kind of environment we want to foster at CapFriendly.

I mean.. you say this about NYR but in the past 20 years, Edmonton has won 7 series. In that same 20 year time frame, NYR have won 13 series. Funny enough, Edmonton missed the playoffs in 13 of these 20 seasons while NYR have only missed the playoffs 6 times.
