REASON: Vladar I think is gonna be widely available and so you could probably get him cheaply again because you have Markstrom and you have Dustin Wolf and Dustin Wolf deserves to be in the NHL and he is very good and going to be very good he needs to start getting NHL time.
I think, on the contrary, his value to many different teams could actually raise the price. The Flames can still leave Wolf in the AHL until they get a suitable deal for Vladar. To me, the teams that could use his services might include Anaheim (if they move on from Gibson, to bring in a replacement body), Arizona, Buffalo to tandem with Lukkonen while Levi seasons more, Dallas (thinking that if Oettinger had someone pushing him more than Scott Wedgewood can could motivate him to find consistency), Detroit, perhaps Ottawa (maybe in short time, Vladar and Sogaard would be better than Forsberg and Sogaard, but in any case would be Vladar and Forsberg tandem for next season, Dorion taking a big chance on Vladar instead of a more established but more expensive netminder, and they find a way to trade Forsberg later?), Pittsburgh under Dubas might like him to at least replace DeSmith as the backup, St. Louis might want him to take the crease when Binnington has a tantrum and gets suspended, San Jose could always use a guy like him to tandem with Kahkonen for a couple of years, and then of course, if Hellebuyck gets traded, unless a goalie comes back in the deal, the top goalie on the depth chart for the Jets starting next season would be Mikhail Berdin... so they could be an option too.
That's just me, but I think it would take more than a 5th round pick
