Depending on the $$ situation in Arizona, they might view a 1 year contract like Reilly for 3 Million something they should add as well.

Dallas doesn’t have cap space for Hall. Doubt you’re getting rid of Reilly that easily

LHD to SJ is not happening with our current logjam.

They went out and added Weber and Voracek. Cap floor is not an issue. 4m in salary for Reilly is an issue for their budget.

I just don't think Seattle trades for Grzelcyk in general in any of these ACGM scenarios. He's not a prototypical type dman that RF drafts/trades for or that DH uses in his D. Seattle is more likely to give up the 5 for Forbort but probably doesn't given it's a one year deal that they may not re-sign.
