He's untouchable.

1) He's on a steal of a contract on a team that's facing $14M in deadcap hits.

2) He's an integral piece of the team's core, and the best center on a center starved team.

3) He's a Selke caliber center, and among the best shutdown Center's in the league.

In short, he's not replaceable.

"A pretty big ask" is like a team trying to get Nico Hischier from New Jersey... an untouchable is like a team trying to get Jack Hughes from NJ.

Nobody's getting Nico Hischier from NJ unless the return is ridiculous. Nobody's getting Jack Hughes from NJ.

There would need to more from NYR. Chytil is a nice player but the Wild would need to blown away for all the reasons other have listed.
