Personally, I'm open to the Murray + 28OA to NSH for a lesser pick part (I don't think that pick needs to be as high as a 2nd though). NSH has the cap space to absorb either buying Murray out, or retaining half his salary, if there's a buyer for a discount Murray.

But yeah, hard pass on the Glass and Liljegren part of this. The value's not there, and from a roster building perspective it's a setback for NSH.

Murrays buyout is very manageable for toronto so i doubt they will pay much to move him. Itd probably have to be our earliest 2nd rounder going back to them

Hard to say. If TOR wants to keep the core together like they say, that $2M buyout hit in 24-25 really stings them, when Matthews and Nylander need to be re-signed. The Leafs have made worse moves than this for the sake of cap space before.
