This is one of the stupidest things I’ve ever seen on this site. For his size, Tom Wilson is one of the best skaters in the League.

This trade is a special kind of terrible for Washington. Minten and Timmons do not have anywhere near this value.

Why is this shown as a 3-way trade? There's nothing going between Colorado and Washington, so it looks like it's two independent 2-way trades. I don't like either of them.

He's only an inch bigger than Matthews, yet Matthews is so much faster than Wilson... But juts think of Wilson next dumb play, how will Leafs fans react to that when it happens in the playoffs and they just wasted 5 mill on some duster whom likes hitting people in the head

Well your hypothetical completely made up scenario is stupid. Tom Wilson somehow made it through a Playoff with the Capitals and won a Cup despite having been suspended. As far as I can tell thats more than I can say for the Leafs.

This is abjectly false. That Capitals team was in no way any more “stacked” than the Leafs yet Wilson absolutely played a HUGE part in that Cup win. Suggesting otherwise is ignorant.

Wilson had 15 points in 21 games playing with ALEX OVECHKIN and Nikolas Bakstrom... Any NHL caliber player could score 15 points in 21 games when all you have to do is feed Alex Ovechkin
