He has 1 year at 8.25m for 1 last year and has a 5 team trade list. He could block trades to not those 5 teams but could have a better chance to have playoff. He still a good 50-60 point winger that can play a good playmaking role while 6'5.

Yes he has the leadership concerns and is valid but going to a new team where he doesn't have to be that kind of player in the room. It's not for a long time and could be useful if he can go to a team with a great captain.
