Two wingers and a tiny offensive Dman who can't defend. Yeah, the Blues are not doing any of that.

The Blues have already a lot of good Center.
Sale and Haltunen are two big wingers with good skills.
Gulyayev great player maybe not your type of defender but its always great to have one in a NHL team these day.

3 first round pick in the 2023 draft is hughe and the futur is bright for the blues that for sure.

WPG says... No ty to Willander. Not bad, but they would take Reinbacher first, then Honzek. Both of those are far more valuable than Willander, especially to the Jets.

Sharks getting Fantilli at #4 would be insane

Huh? Looking forward, the Blues have Thomas and Dean and Alexandrov at C, then a bunch of big longshots and AHL depth quality guys. That's it. That's not a lot of good centers for the future. They also have zero reliable top 4 D prospects.

On the other hand, they have young wingers Kyrou, Neighbours, Bolduc, Snuggerud, Robertsson and Toropchenko. That's before we even get to the 26-27 year olds in the NHL (Vrana, Buch, Kapanen).

In this scenario, they would almost certainly grab Reinbacher or Moore. Maaaaaaybe Leonard. They won't be taking a winger who is dropping steadily at #10. Halttunen is conceivable late in the round, but probably not likely. As for Gulyaev, hey maybe he turns into an excellent player, but he;s not the type of Dman they are looking for.
