This is the most brain dead trade I have seen for Hart lol that trade literally is maybe barely enough for Hart and ur missing a 1st + for Cates. This trade is objectively terrible from start to finish, the Flyers wouldn’t even answer the phone at this

Keep it simple.

Debrincat for Hart.

Either one for one, with an extension - or Debrincat to a third team, and those assets making up the bulk of a package for a goalie.

This trade is a bit of a mess, but I'd imagine I am in a minority in saying Hart might no longer fit the window and I'd be willing to trade him in specific circumstances. But if you are going to trade him, I'd want it to be potentially a team like Edmonton, where we get a huge asset or two back in exchange for eating their high paid goaltender contracts. I think there's a few other teams that could fit this category as well, the Flyers finally have some non-zero cap space to work with and should be eating potential contracts for value since they don't give a **** about money the same way other markets do.
