There's a near 0% chance the Leafs trade Marner and they certainly wouldn't take that package. Also disagree with the direction in general. Turning the corner too quick on a rebuild kills teams. Habs need to slow down for a couple years and let the guys develop before they start trading assets out at volume.

Marner isn't even part of this ACGM and I literally said at the top not to take the trades seriously, it was more about showing what roles we needed to fill if we even want a shot at a playoff spot. Also I don't think we should be doing but have seen a lot of Habs fans trying to build a playoff roster for next year

We aren't, there have been a lot of Habs ACGM's lately trying to compete for next year, so I wanted to show what we would need at a minimum to get there. I prefer the patient approach though

LMAO, couldn't take a Habs fan calling you out for a bad ACGM? It would have worked on this one had you actually read the description cause I literally said the trades weren't meant to be realistic, they were only meant to illustrate what we need to make the playoffs (another top 6 scoring winger, a top 6 C, a top 4 RHD and a starting G). It was meant to illustrate how far we still are so that maybe some fans will back off their ridiculous notion that we can end the rebuild early
