Kuzmenko is the only decent one of the bunch and he's not good enough to be the main piece in a trade for Bedard. Having cap dump Myers in there eats one of the 1sts too. That just leaves Kuzmenko, 2 firsts + a bunch of rejects and B/C prospects. Not nearly enough!

Myers doesn’t cost a 1st to dump, and Lekkerimaki and Raty are both better than B/C prospects. Podkolzin struggled last season but is a still a valuable young player

Myers does not eat a 1st lmao, man has 1 year left and only $1M to be paid. 3 1sts, Podkolzin who's a good piece, two good prospects in Raty and Lekkerimaki and Kuzmenko who scored 39 goals in his first NHL season is a very similar haul to what Lindros got. Adn everyone knows that the Flyers were massive losers in that trade. Take out Myers if you like, don't think VAN really cares.
