Oilers have to decline, I personally say yes though.

A couple things, Ulmark has a 10-15 team NTC , I’m guessing Edmonton is 1 of 15.

Oilers are in CAP trouble, they need to shed Campbell contract and find a 1.5M goalie not another 5M goalie, Plus bonus of 1M if Ulmark wins games.

Again, like the trade but I don’t think the Oilers could do it cap wise.
