They actually can match. The 10% offseason allowance gives them 18.5 million to play with and unless they resign Tarasenko for a very high cap they should be OK. They will have to juggle things around after the match to get compliant before the season starts but it's definitely doable.

They have 18.5 million to spare for all their deals they need to do. They can qualify all their RFAs and defer signing them until after they know whether AL will accept an offer sheet or not. They can literally spend up to 92 million before the season starts. It's not until the start of the season they have to get it down to 83.5 million. There's plenty of wiggle room.

I wasn't predicting a drastic deal like Trouba or Panarin. If that were the case, maybe they could make it work, but I doubt either of them are dealt.

Panarin and Trouba have NMC, They're not going anywhere until at least 2024 when their Mod-NTC kicks in. And Goodrow has like a 16 team trade list. Good luck moving anyone of those 3 players.
