Ottawa declines hard. Take out Zub and OEL and they probably do it if Debrincat won't extend. Ottawa needs RD they sure won't be trading the only decent RD. They don't need LD either especially not one who's a big cap dump.

They probably don't want Boeser either and Raty doesn't have much value but the pick (around 11th OA) makes it worth doing.

Bad deal for Ottawa, as this will est up any cap space and they lose their only good RHD and get a player in OEL who is older, more expensive and where they have some good players in that position already. They are on the cusp of making the playoffs and this probably delays that just to fill the hole of Debrincat.

I think that's a fair deal that the Canucks would accept although I feel like they'd rather give up Garland instead of Brock in that scenario since having 2 wingers under 5'9" is not something the Canucks want in a very big Pacific Division.
