That is probably about right, I'd be shocked if the Senators get that much. Debrincat won't be worth very much. His free agent status complicates the situation and makes it so he can choose his destination. A team could acquire him and take him to club elected arbitration where he might be awarded as little as 7.65M, but that's a massive hassle that will drag and prevent teams from having a clear outlook of their cap situation since he could be awarded more than that. Most teams also won't want to give up premium assets for a player who doesn't want to be there, and will walk at the end of the season.
Maybe take out the second round pick, and put in Zadina. The high second is the better asset at this point, and he is almost certainly a bust, but from a perception POV the Senators can get Bruce Garrioch to tell the everyman of Ottawa who reads The Sun that Zadina is still a top prospect because he was taken 6th overall 10 years ago. With that said, the Senators probably don't want his term/cap hit when he has so little upside.
I would expect a mid to late 1st and a small plus, like a B Prospect.
