My question is : who are Mtl competing with? No other teams will do a blockbuster deal for PLD knowing he's only here for a year and then gone to MTL. Imagine if this summer PLD directly ask the jets for a trade to MTL. That would frickin suck for jets fans as I know you guys love him but it would completly shatter any great deal for you guys.

We need Barron more than PLD. We have Suzuki and Dach with Beck and Kidney, plus possibly another addition this draft.
For RHD we have Barron with only Mailloux behind him.

Summing it up, depending on where the Florida pick ends up being and what the Jets think of Barron, it probably takes a bit more. Don't forget there's also value to Winnipeg in keeping Dubois for the year and moving him at the TDL if the summer values aren't much more than a TDL offer.
