    1.Thats right he is a RFA, which means restricted, so for him you would have to pay WSH a hefty price in draft picks! WSH would match his deal anyways!
    2.Tavaress deal is not imposible if NYI feels that they wont be able to resign him, but highly unlikely

    Tavares deal is possible, though I doubt you'd get him to pre-agree to an extension (and if you did, it would be reflected in the cap). Kuznetzov would be matched by the Caps, but a similar deal might be possible for either Drouin, Palat or Johnson from TB. You're also 3 players short of a lineup and have only $2.7M to offer. And that mean zero raise for Price? Good luck.
