That’s not happening.

Teams aren’t gonna help minny out. They’re desperate to compete with seriously dire cap issues. 3x3 is a heft contract for a guy whose on pace for like 15 points this year. I would charge a second, at least.

NHL GM's aren't as short sighted as fans are and will realize that Greenway had 5 years of NHL production before this one where he averaged 27 pts/year while playing on one of the best defensive lines in the league. Not saying the Wild will get a premier pick for him. But I guarantee you they aren't going to have to give up a second for him.

That’s great and all, but Minnesota isn’t going to pay someone to take a player that’s been a pretty darn good third liner for three of the last four years.

Z is better both on and off the ice. Schenn ask is reportedly a 3rd and another piece, so no need to cough up a 2nd imo although I'm not opposed to it entirely
