I dont understand how they let the Penguins of the hook. They could have gotten an asset for taking Kapanen's cap hit. This is as bad as 2020 when Armstrong traded a 2nd to Mtl for Marco, a month, a damn month after the Sabres traded Scandella to Mtl for a 4th.

Armstrong has no clue how to use leverage.
