With Jensen, we get to push Brodie down to be the matchup defenseman with Holl which is what is rumored the Leafs want.

For return, I see this as a 2nd + a 3rd + a small piece. Would I like it to just be a plain 2nd round pick? Sure but the Leafs don't have that. Instead you get Minten who was a 2nd round pick last season, has had a good year following it and is a year closer to the NHL. No reason to think that would be worth less than where he was picked.

As for the 'piece'. I don't really care who it is. The Leafs just need to send a contract slot back the other way so they can sign Knies. It won't be a guy like Niemala or Knies, it can't be a guy still playing in the CHL who's contracts don't count.
