And according to Pagnotta, Detroit and Larkin are inching closer to a new deal. And that doesn't get him anyways.

Besides Larkin staying, Toews would not be the best fit in Toronto even if there is double retention involved. Due to Kyper, his health is questionable. I dont want a Foligno 2.0.

Larkin is close to resigning with Detroit so this is is an unlikely deal in any situation.

The value isn't totally off but Niemelä isn't having a very good year in Liiga and would likely have to be swapped for something better, otherwise the pieces are of the right sort. You've picked players in positions where Detroit has a need of prospects and for that I thank you, it's a rare occurance here.
