The Bruins are obviously going for it all this year, but completely throwing caution into the wind for a team who's staring down the barrel of a long, hard rebuild (potentially right after this season) seems foolish. Plus, there's the obvious team chemistry to consider. Bringing in a huge shake-up piece could ruin what the team clearly has going for them right now in the locker room. Now, it could not, but there's a big risk there. So, I think the Bruins should target key depth players at both forward and defense. Plug-and-play guys who could upgrade over the likes of Smith, Nosek, Greer, and Zboril as well as sit in the press box alongside them at times. This also makes sense cap-space wise for the team. No team in the NHL is going to take on a bad contract for the Bruins to help them out right now. That's simply unrealistic thinking that a team would, at least without a big payout. So, make simple moves, help the team now, and preserve our big future pieces for when they're needed, which is sooner than I think any Bruins fan would like to admit.

I've also included some NCAA free agency targets as Created Player signings, as that period is very close to the deadline and some NCAAers can provide depth as well (look at McLaughlin last year, Krug and Grzelcyk in the past). With the NCAA guys, I signed 5 out-of-system guys, which is probably more than the Bruins will bring in in real life (you're probably looking at 2-3 guys per year from the NCAA) but these are all guys who I think the Bruins would target, so whatever.
