Wow. Sorry Canucks and Wild fans, for being not so knowledgeable and what not, and saying, hm, not so bad, at least from Wild perspective. It is a lot, to give up Rossi, Lambos and a 1st, plus Dumba, who is required for this year's cup run unless replaced. But to get Pettersson for your 1C, is pretty enticing.

The Canucks would get a 1st, a pretty good D prospect in Lambos, (from what I heard earlier from Wild fans explaining the situation) a pretty good F prospect in Rossi, and Dumba (must be hoping for a re-sign on this guy, plus Rossi making the NHL with the Canucks by the start of next season).

Those are my thoughts, what about the 'Nucks/Wild fans though?!

All that said, I think the Canucks would have to add just one more piece beyond Pettersson to make it worthwhile. Not a future either. Say, a cheap option that would help Minnesota immediately, whether forward or D, posters take your pick, I'm not sure. But something to make the Wild feel better about how many quality pieces they're throwing in for a guy who hasn't proven to be a stud on a CUP CONTENDER yet.
