    Not sure why DET makes that trade; they can get better compensation by taking the RFA offer sheet compensation, rather than just trading his rights away.

    VAN would never make that trade... Aside from Olli, Ben is the only legitimate LD with potential that VAN has... It would be quite hard to pry Ben away from VAN as he hasn't even entered his prime yet and he is exempt from the ED... This trade makes no sense whatsoever especially if the return is a cap dump and a middle round pick in a weak draft

    Get real Tatar's value is easily worth a Mid-1st round pick no way in hell are we trading his rights for only a 4th round pick. The only way that Tatar winds up in Dallas is when Detroit gets Dallas #3 overall pick.

    Lehtonen can play 30 games. Mayby the pick is liltlebit of but i think van and dal will make a trade. including van. d man, dal lehtonen and a pick mayby 1st rounder??

    it would at least have to be the ANA 1st rounder if i would make that deal.
