The only star player in the deal is Pulock so I’m not sure what you’re talking about

Boeser is a 3rd liner and Miller isn’t a player you win with. He’s one of the laziest players I’ve ever seen

I just don't see this being feasible because the Islanders are giving up both Pulock and the promising Salo .. that leaves their D corp pretty thin! They won't roll with

Pelech - Dobson
Romanov - Mayfield
Aho - Rathbone

...for the privelege of a mentally struggling Miller, injury prone Boeser, and yet-to-be-ready-for-NHL-action Rathbone. If Miller recovers his swagger (yes, points aside, for those who mentioned his 10 goals), and Boeser proves his doubters wrong, they would be two great additions to the Islanders forward group, but I just think they give up too much on D to make it worthwhile, given the risks with those two.

He’s a POwerplay merchant, sucks at 5v5. He’s a good top 6 forward , not a star. His contract is awful. The isles wouldn’t trade Pulock for Miller and a 1st.

The islanders are not trading Pulock, you got to stop with this. He is in year 1 of a 8 year deal with a Full NTC, he is not going anywhere.

Where’s the proof he was? It was said the isles were talking to the Canucks about a player, it was never confirmed to be miller

Not worth it Knucles this guy is a Homer like all the Wild fans that go nuts when one of their players gets traded and actually want us to stop making trades and all I have to say is who made DB1899 and Wahlstrom become the gods of hockey deciding who can trade who, like seriously this all for ****z and giggles and if your ego is too big for people making fictional trades on a message board then you both really need to grow up and grow some balls to not show how much of whiners you guys are
And for the butt hurt guy that says Miller is a power play merchant, scoring goals on the PP, PK or 5 on 5 all equal out the same on the stat sheet and the end of the game.
The Canucks power play is humming at 4th at 29.69% and Islanders is 18th at 20.69 so Miller could theoretically be put on the Islanders PP and bump it up a few spots with just him alone being added and I doubt losing Bailey and Pulock is going to hurt the Islanders PP and taking Bailey from the Islanders roster that alone should guarantee Pulock coming back as Bailey has been absolutely brutal this season that’s why he has been scratched so many times and why he is at the bottom of most stats for the Islanders.
I heard someone say they don’t want Boeser even though he has been injured and had wrist surgery and would be 6th in points on the Islanders and Miller would be 1 point from being tied for the team lead and he has had a bad start.
So I am hearing you Islander fans say you don’t want Boeser or Miller and slagging them about how horrible they are yet both would instantly bump the Islanders offense up just by being inserted into the lineup.
So you guys are bashing your own team by saying they suck when numbers prove those two are better producing then 2/3 of the Islanders yet they suck lol
