WPG gives up the 3rd pick so they dont lose anyone they may want to keep + gets rid of SM. Dallas trade could turn around Lehtonens play and give Winny a good dolie, if not, he could be resigned as backup = backup salary. Give Williams a 1yr and 4+ mil. Maybe enough money could get him to move North of the border. Great leader, coud help make the playoffs. After that just see what happens with all the RFAs and Wheeler's deal.

I'd want more than 2 - 3rd round picks to take on that contract, even for just one year and especially from a division rival.

The last 3 years he's been at .903, .906 and .902. Guy is terrible and way worse than Hutch who makes 1/5th salary.

Hes much better than people think. He has been hammer by really bad PKing. Has a good 5vs5 Sv% and a very solid xFSV%. plus and higher HDSV% than hutch. Sometimes you have to dig deeper looking at goalies.

Yes he is - and you never know - golies ar tricky, he could be your Nr1 for awhile.+Helly still needs time to develop, IF he can really become Nr.1 goalie. But I guess WPG could ask a little bit more to take him on. Maybe 2rnd+2rnd ( don't think that DAL would give up a lot more than that)
