Detroit doesn't want Krug. Pass.

Trade is fairish value but the Wings don't need an older LD who is debatably overpaid into his late 30's when they have Edvinsson, Johansson, and Sebrango in the pipeline.
Zadina might be the odd man out of the Red Wing roster but I wouldn't want them to trade him + a 2nd rounder for this.

I've always been low on Krug to the Wings so you can factor that into my opinion. I'm not saying it's bad I just wouldn't prefer it.

1. Yzer.an said he is not trading 2023 picks but trying to acquire more.
2. Wings will need cap to sign Larkin and Bert this year and then the following year, Seider, Raymond Vrana and Rasmussen, so taking on 4 million in and aging asset is a non starter.
3. Krug is 31 and will be 36 when his contract ends, and the Wings are getting younger and faster not older.
