You haven't come up with a fair trade proposal yet. You're really overvaluing Kane.
The only ones who over valued Kane are the Hawks' front office. They made their bed with his new contract and may not be able to provide adequate support personnel to sustain their lofty position as a top team in the NHL. That said, Kane is a 3 time Cup winner, scoring the deciding goal in 2010. He also has repeatedly come up big when it matters, notably in the playoffs. He has won a Conn Smythe, and is widely regarded as one of the premier offensive talents in the league. The return, if he chose to waive hs NMC, should be off the charts. On the ice, he is that valuable.
Obviously, there is the looming legal issues. Until that is resolved, Patrick Kane will remain a Chicago Blackhawk. Everything else is pending. IMO, his GM, Stan Bowman, simply strikes out when it comes to being pro-active while managing the Hawks. He is far too patient most of the time, yet has made a couple of questionable, rather quick decisions that continue to impact the team unnecessarily.
Prior to August 2nd, twenty nine other teams would love to have had Kane on their roster, I imagine.
