Not a Preds fan, but did you watch the WJC-20? Kemell is probably more ready than you seem to think. Kid is an absolute beast! I could definitely see them giving him another year in Liiga if they just don't have the space and want to kick the can down the road a bit. But he is definitely going to be pushing for a spot during camp, and I would not be surprised at all if he makes the roster and sticks.

unfortunately, preds have never been good at drafting and developing snipers (tolvanen). I'd rather give Kemell another year of development in either europe or the AHL. He's 18, and it shouldnt hurt him. Right now, we need to be giving the ice time to guys like jeannot and tomasino (whove earned it). it also gives tolvanen, in my opinion, a final year to prove something. By then, Kemell will be ready to slot in his spot. I don't want to gamble with Kemell. We could give him the 9 games, though.
