I do think CHI accepts this, so long as Kane waives his NMC. More money does need to go to CHI though. Not sure how to make that work cap wise for TOR. If we take on Mussin and you keep Kerfoot and Holl, thats a net savings of around 500k for TOR. Sandin+Knies+2023 1st is the package CHI is after anyways, although that may leave TOR too thin at LD

If I am Chicago my choice is Kerfoot + Holl or Muzzin, I want Kerfoot and Holl. Both are easier to flip. If I have to take Muzzin I need another pick coming back. If Toronto needs more cap space send a 3rd to someone else to retain on Kane.

Actual cash for Kane is only 2.9 this year, so a team retaining 1/4 might not even need a 3rd.

I don't think Kane waiving for a contender is an issue.

Muzzin though has a full NTC so isn't going anywhere.

Appreciate your thoughts.
