Coyotes probably would want some 2025 assets in this deal, just to spread the return around and closer to a possible new building, would insurance cover a lot of the big injured contracts coming? Kind of an interesting idea, moving there tender probably ensures a healthy shot at bedard also.

The sticker shock looking at the trade is real, if I was ARI I would jump on this so quick, two young first-round talents plus two more first-round picks. But looking at the Vegas lineup this looks pretty solid to me as well. Having Chycrun and Theodore for less than $10 million on your left side for the next 3 years is solid. Definitely a cup or bust move for the next 3 years. At that point Vegas may finally need to tear down and rebuild. This strategy can only last for so long
