    I know this isn't the point, but you misspelled Krejci and it is really bugging me.

    Maybe learn about 35+ contracts. Player gets low cap hit, the rest of the money goes in performance bonuses and it counts at the end of the season or the following season in overages. Cap space isn't that much of an issue.

    I'm well aware of performance bonuses when 35+, that being said maybe a comparable situation is Joe Pavelski who signed a 3 year 7 million AAV deal in Dallas a couple years ago at age 35 with no bonuses.

    It's actually not that big of a problem as people make it seem. Like Bhavik said, Sweeney can structure the contract in a way that Bergy, Krech, & Zacha all re-sign with only needing to move Reilly. Look at my most recent acgm.

    Pavelski was 34yo when he signed that deal therefore ineligible for performance bonuses.
