I thought for sure Blidh would be going back to Sweden. He's a 14th forward who shouldn't see playing time unless you're desperate. Still, more depth is always a good thing to have.

Like Blidh, but he's a guy that doesn't get into your line-up unless you want to send a message to a guy whose not playing well. The Bruins 4th line was worse with him on the wing, but he will be a physical game.

Just hope he gets what he wants in Colorado. He left Boston due to lack of NHL ice time. Tbh, if Colorado gives him what he wants and he plays 4th line minutes, they should be fine. Just don't expect much in terms of offense out of him. He is a gritty, hard working checker who skates well. Might be good with helm and cogliano as a shutdown 4th line.

Felt like he didn't get a fair chance in BOS under Cassidy, but when he was in the lineup he brought 100% every shift. Good energy 4th liner.

Thanks for the scouting reports; maybe he ends up being this year's "Aube-Kubel" for us.

That's probably a pretty good comparison. He'll give you 100% every shift and agitate guys. Can throw the body, but at times take I'll advised penalties. He's got some sneaky skill and when he's feeling it he'll show it, but that's not very often.
