LMAO Defense got better after the trades and Offense is the same except we now get a full year of Rakell. Offense was also pretty good last year.

So the defense got better but will be worse? No. Offense barely changed. You lost ERod who disappeared the second he was off Crosby’s wing. Top 6 going into this season much better than last year and you have Poehling who probably makes the team over DOC. Not sure how you look at this team and say it’s worse when it’s not.

Petry is the better defenseman out of anyone we lost. They added size. You’re gonna get one of POJ or Smith. You really didn’t lose much. Marino was on a downward spiral and we don’t know if Matheson would repeat his one good season he’s had.
