Johansen's overpaid by about $1.5M, but he's still a valuable contributor. A 1st+ to move him is crazy - he's not a Toews-esque cap dump. NSH declines with ease.

CHI don't want players like R Jo, we want to get worse. While askarov is a very good prospect, the goalie pipeline isn't a priority at this stage as the franchise seems to have hopes for Commesso Soderblom and to a lesser extent Stauber. I think the focus for us would be on obtaining draft capital or forward prospect with top 6 potential and fits what KD is hoping to achieve.
