Yes in a way but I was trying to keep everyone under 8 mil AAV but otherwise totally yes.
A lot of teams though struggle with the bottom 6 and D because of 8 mil + contracts. I find some of the contracts around the league ridiculous. Not those two guys but there are some real money grabbers out there.
