Stars don't need another LHD, even it if it means getting rid of Faksa's contract

Having Faksa on your third line is a big oof. He looked slow and couldn't keep the puck on his stick in the offensive zone despite him being a big guy. You'd be better off with Chiasson there. Your fourth line looks very meh IMO. It looks like your defenseman are very young and lackluster. With $7M in cap space, I'd advise you get a Top 4D and a bottom 6 stud to help out your depth.

If there is an offer like this for Wheeler then the Jets should do it. Even if one of Foote or the 2nd is not added I would do it. I don't think Wheeler will waive for NJ but he would help them out on the PP.

Could be Kerfoot for Appleton in a 1 for 1 or Kerfoot for a 3rd or for a 3rd and depth guy

Who knows but WPG has the cap and the need for some players so it does make sense
