To explain quickly, since sandin has yet to sign we know it will probably be at least 2 mil, which honestly is where i would price him at, im just surprised Liljegren signed to such a cheap deal.
For kerfoot, it has nothing to do with his play but more so with his contract. He is 3.5 to the cap which toronto does not have the luxury to keep. He has to go to remain cap compliant and to be able to sign more depth pieces.
