Pretty sure the League will just make a ruling that PHI gets the 2025 if that happens and CGY gets the 2026, and whoever has the 2026 one will get deferred to the year after.

The League has to make rulings on pick ownership every now and then not sure how it is done but it happens more than you would think.

We're seeking additional info from the clubs involved regarding if there are any 2024-25 lottery impacts on the 2025 FLA 1st rounder to CGY. We'll update when we have more info. But the FLA 2024 conditions will impact the 2025 pick's availability.(4/4)

In short: conditional picks are complicated, doubly so when picks span several seasons, teams and trades, and multiple draft lotteries.
