"This should trigger the TMLDS"

I mean, it's no different from most of the TML ACGMs I saw after they got eliminated last year.

And the year before.

This could be any team in need. It works out well for Yotes. Kerfoot is only owed 750k on his contract Arizona is cash poor. They get a good player they can flip at the TDL for a better asset than they gave up

Having lived in Edmonton these past 15 years I have seen the Oils make one bad move after the other. They now seem to be doing some things right. It appears you know little about the team let me explain why this works. Out in Edmonton are Barrie, JP and maybe WF. If you have your new goalie play behind Barrie, you will need to find a new Goalie as he will have a nervous breakdown. Holl a big body RHD who played top 4d with Campbell in Toronto is a nice fit. Do you want Broberg playing with Barrie or a defense first partner. Holland has made a mess of JP development. These moves give the team better defensive structure and helps with the cap. How do they sign JP, KY and Mcleod with the cap space available?

The part where I disagreed was the return. Holl is a top 4D? Nice Joke. He is a third pairing defenseman at best. I said it before, I'll say it again, Oilers are looking for an upgrade, not a degrade.

Who said Holl was a top 4D on the Oils he is playing bottom pair? The joke is how do you get the cap space to pay for a real upgrade. What do you think JP is going to bring in a trade?

If you didn't know, we have over $7mil in cap (when we move Klef and Smith to LTIR) Just imagine, offering your 6th/7th d-man in exchange for our first-line winger. Oilers would personally take an effective depth-player and a draft pick for Puljujarvi, imo

No way even with the ltir 6.4 and what we have left can you sign JP KY RM plus another forward for that .JP is the 3rd line winger not the 1st

I watch majority of the Oilers games and I say that Puljujarvi was and is a first liner with McDavid. Yeah if we take them short-term we'll be able to sign them all
