Why buyout Simmonds, send him to the minors and he will probably retire. Don't think a 20-man roster will work. Strome can't play wing he won't go in the corners he had less hits then Nylander last season.

I think that a trade for Kerf happens when some teams strike out on free agents after the first wave. He has a 10 team trade list so it would take more time. I still think both could go and you could sign similar players at a lower cap hit.
