There’s zero connection between the Pens and Copp. Trochek is certainly possible and maybe even Kadri given Burke’s history with drafting him but Copp? Good player but we have no connection. I’m guessing Detroit signs him

What does that even mean lol? So because he's not from Pittsburgh like Trocheck we aren't signing him? You make no sense. And so only players that were formerly drafter by someone in the organization are options? Come on man

There’s not a single report out there that has linked us to him. I never said it’s impossible. I said it’s highly unlikely. You can invent any scenario in your head you want but usually these things leave some sort of trail and there’s zero pointing to Copp being in play.

The only things linking us to Trocheck are people saying "hey he's from Pittsburgh" lol. These are ACGMs dude we are all literally just inventing scenarios in our head. You didn't say it's highly unlikely you said it's flat out "we aren't signing Copp". Based on absolutely nothing.
