Yeah JG or Forsberg are the only guys you make option 1 for. This is probably more realistic but I think we really need that bonafide scorer. I wonder if Kane forced his way out of Chicago how things would look. Maybe get them to retain 50% and take Bailey back in more of a futures based deal.

Yeah I agree but also in this scenario salo absolutely has to get moved and ideally for a future wing.. defense is set for 5-6 years with a rotating 3RD (assuming mayfield too expensive) I’m also not really in the rental wing game offense too old gotta get younger there but again idk who you go after at this point unless someone has contract talks blow up (only guys off top of my head who could fit that are Meier Larkin Horvat Nylander and the WPG forwards if they blow it up)
