I thought Matt Murray wasnt a cap dump at retained money according to Sens fans yesterday

Sens fans didnt want to dump the pick for Zaitsev and Murray full salary for the 7th OA yet Dorion was willing to do it even on retained money. Oops dead wrong in a span of 24 hrs

Turns out the 7OA isnt a pot of gold that Sens fans overvalued BIG TIME

Mind blowing that Ottawa is gonna let this guy try and move a top 10 pick to clean up messes that he made.

Sens fans saying that the team shouldn't move the pick to dump cap space are right. It's a terrible idea and Dorion should be fired for considering it. And I don't really think many Sens fans were seriously suggesting he'd be a valuable piece with retention (with the exception of suggesting it to **** with Leafs fans of course).

Also it's worth pointing out that when people post on this forum it's not an objective factual statement of what will happen. It's literally what we as fans would do. If you were required to take the GM'S incompetence into consideration when making a post there would be zero Sens fans on here because it'd be too depressing.
