Yep, you got it. But what Blake said is that one of the RDs will move to the left, So Walker at LD 2, and somehow we get enough discounts from those signings to get his cap hit.

It was quite unfortunate that I had to dump Walker, but there was no other way for me to do a 23 man roster and make the money work. While discounts are nice, I doubt they're substantial enough

That’s what I was thinking as well, Hoven thinks they can get Kempe to 5.5 and have Anderson and Durzi take minimum for one year. I don’t see that either though.

After the years they had, especially Durzi's offensive explosion, i doubt it for sure.

Much better than your last effort, and pretty close.

Kempe at $5.5 million, Durzi at $1.5 million and Spence back to Ontario (replaced by Walker) solves the cap problem.

Kempe - Kopitar - Fiala, Moore - Danault - Arvidsson, Iafallo - Byfield - Kaliyev, Kupari - Lizotte - Vilardi is my best guess before training camp.
