Description
Don't take it too serious I'm not trying to waste my time making it completely fair, and no not every team would do these trades I agree. Chicago and Philly are far fetched as it is.

Just looking at what Toronto can do to make it past the first round.

that contract was signed by Lou though💀 was also a 6.25M cap hit, little different situation

How was it a different situation. Your team gave an aging player 6.25 mil when he wasn't worth anything near it

Dubas was the one that made the trade sending the 13th overall pick (being Seth Jarvis), because he can't build a good team. You can't lie, when Chicago had prime Kane, he had a good team around him and won many cups. But when Dubas gets Matthews he can't build a roster that makes it past the first round. Sucks for you because I doubt you've seen your team win a playoff series LMAO. And who are you calling an absolute tool. Your name is literally Make Marner a Centre.

yea nah dubas definitely cant build a good team, hence why teams are lining up to sign 3rd liners he signed out of russia 5M ,a tandem goalie he traded for 5M, a player he acquired for greg mckegg 5.5M, and are willing to offersheet his 29th overall draft pick who has played 88 career games 4.1M

If dubas can build a team how is it that his team never made it past the first round ☠️☠️☠️

Funny how you don't talk about how he let kadri go and he goes on to be a huge contributor to win the cup. Or how he gave away Seth Jarvis. Or how he trades a first plus for Foligno just to not even win a round. Or trade 2 seconds for for a defender just to not make it past the first round.

Kevin Korchinski isn't a 14-25 player. His Rankings: Ranked #12 by CONSOLIDATED RANKING Ranked #19 by ELITEPROSPECTS.COM Ranked #8 by FCHOCKEY Ranked #11 by TSN/BOB McKENZIE Ranked #18 by MCKEEN'S HOCKEY Ranked #10 by TSN/CRAIG BUTTON Ranked #7 by NHL CENTRAL SCOUTING (NA Skaters) Ranked #13 by SPORTSNET Ranked #17 by ISS HOCKEY Ranked #14 by RECRUIT SCOUTING Ranked #15 by DOBBERPROSPECTS Ranked #17 by DRAFT PROSPECTS HOCKEY Ranked #13 by SMAHT SCOUTING Ranked #17 by THE PUCK AUTHORITY He goes between 7-19. I don't know where you are getting those numbers from. Next time you should look into a player before making a stupid coment like that

You named off a bunch of lists and the only list he's top 10 in is when it's only North American Skaters listed. So again maybe not 25 but sure as hell 13-19 lmao. You picked him at 7 just saying bud.

he traded him not let him go he didn't walk to free agency. But let's go down your route just for fun. Imagine trading 2 firsts one of the better defenseman prospects a 2nd for an average defenseman then give him the biggest payday ever and a downgraded pick that ended up being who?

I guess you also forgot how smart of an idea it was to trade for Calvin De Haan.

Trade Schmaltz for Perlini and Strome how'd that work out?

How about Saad for Panarin? You guys liking Saad oh wait he isn't there anymore.

Tuevo Teravainen to Carolina for a couple of picks that never panned out. So please you wanna say Toronto is dumb I could go back into the deep pull of Chicago's idiot trading over 6 years.

I can almost guarantee Kevin wouldn’t have made it to pick 13.

And we did all of those bad things and still ended up winning 3 cups. Compared to Toronto who hasn’t made it past the first round in almost 20 years. And hasn’t won the Stanley cup in over 50

I would have Mintyukov was already ranked higher. Mateychuk probably still goes Columbus because they like the goal scoring defenseman and offensive defenseman. Mateychuk is that.

Cups cups cups that's all you care about. You are beating a dead horse you haven't won in over 7 years. It's irrelevant especially when you are looking at **** they are doing right now. Blues 2019 cup doesn't mean **** right now. Get over it we are talking about these topics not a history lesson from when you were in Middle school.
