I'm a fan of Trading for Duchene due to his speed and faceoffs. Scoring also wouldn't decrease that much if you consider the crapstorm Duchene played through on the Aves and the offensive zone starts and utilization of Panarin.

Sent him down. Hawks have space to have him up. Center depth is the most important part to a deep playoff run in my opinion. This can get it done for sure. Look at the teams that are left:

Nick, the Leafs really need Bozak at centre this year, Gauthier of the Marlies looks on LTIR for a chunk of next season, and the Leafs don't have depth at centre. Even Fehr starts as the Leafs 4th/5th centre.
