if I were GM i'm not mortgaging our future on Cat and i'm too high on Petrov to even consider letting him go. Also thats a small 4th line, although I do encourage the notion of bringing Gagner back. Also that defense is still questionable, with a goalie tandem that is very much boom or bust, it doesn't look great with that defense core, you've done everything to bolster our offense (which we have plenty of).

If you want Debrincat, just sign Kane instead and spend less money... and not give up our entire prospect pool...

Barrie is worth probably a 2nd round pick at the moment.
